Hello!
I am Ale
I am very happy to share a bit of my story with you.
From an early age, I felt that my vocation was to care for people.
Even though my first steps were in Human Resources, I soon discovered that my true calling was Psychology, a path where I found not only my profession, but also the deeper meaning of my life.
My story
In 2015, a book crossed my path: Windows to Our Children, by Violet Oaklander. It introduced me to Gestalt Therapy, and it felt as if I had found a language that expressed exactly what I believed about the therapeutic process. Since then, I have immersed myself in this universe and never left.
I graduated in Psychology in 2017 and began working with adolescents and adults in Rio Grande do Sul, supporting them on their journeys of self-discovery. Shortly after, I also had the opportunity to work in a corporate setting, expanding my experience with mental health in different environments.
During the pandemic, I was invited to provide emotional support in a hospital in Caxias do Sul, accompanying frontline professionals. It was an intense and transformative experience, marked by the strength and resilience I witnessed every day.
In 2022, life led me across the ocean: I immigrated to Australia, where I became a member of the ACA (Australian Counselling Association) and began working as a Counsellor in Sydney. My own experience of starting over made me even more sensitive to the emotional challenges of immigration and to what it means to rebuild life in a new country.
Today, I consider it a privilege to walk alongside those who are navigating change, helping them find new ways to adapt, belong, and flourish—whether in Brazil, Australia, or anywhere in the world.

Beyond Psychology…

I like to believe that we are made of many layers.
For me, reading is a way to expand horizons and find inspiration; music connects me to my deepest emotions; and horses, my greatest passion, remind me of the importance of freedom, presence, and serenity.
These interests intertwine with my life purpose: to be a bridge in the process of self-discovery and transformation. Walking alongside those who seek growth means offering support, care, and pathways for each person to discover their own potential.
This journey is always mutual: as I accompany stories and processes, I too continue to learn and transform.
This is what I believe in
the beauty of growing together, of exchange, and of helping each person find new ways of being and living in the world.
